Villa La Pinede BOOKING CONDITIONS with 365 Holidays in France SARL, parent company of 365 Holidays In Provence.
365 Holidays in France is a registered company in France and shall include where appropriate its associates and employees. The Client means the person who signs the booking form or who otherwise makes the reservation and must be a minimum of 18 years old. By making such a booking the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of these booking conditions.
Deposits and Bookings. No contract shall exist between 365 Holidays in France and the Client until a 30% deposit has been paid for self catered accommodation and €150 per adult for catered accommodation and a confirmation of the booking has been sent by 365 Holidays in France.
Final Payment. Balance is required to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival in the resort and if booking is made within this 4-week period the full payment is required to confirm reservation. If payment is not received by the due date 365 Holidays in France reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice, retaining deposits and the right to levy cancellation charges. Payment may be taken by credit card in Euros with no surcharges made and preferred method of payment, or (by arrangement) Euro bank transfer. If paying in Pounds Sterling conversion to Euros will be made at the prevailing exchange rate. If paying in Euros by a non French Bank we reserve the right to pass on any bank charges incurred.
Cancellation. Cancellation will only take effect when written notification by the Client is received by 365 Holidays in France. The following cancellation fees will become immediately payable to 365 Holidays in France.

We strongly advise clients to obtain the appropriate insurance cover for their holiday in Provence
Travel Arrangements are not made by the Company and are the total responsibility of the client.
Cancellation or alteration by 365 Holidays in France. In the unlikely event that 365 Holidays in France has to alter or cancel your holiday the Client shall be offered comparable accommodation or full refund, unless the cancellation or alteration is due to forces beyond the control of 365 Holidays in France such as war, fire, floods, strikes, riots, natural disaster, political unrest or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
365 Holidays in France undertakes to book accommodation on behalf of the Client. The Agent is available to sort out aspects of the accommodation while the Client is in occupancy. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the accommodation is in acceptable order and with adequate equipment, 365 Holidays in France will not accept responsibility for deficiencies beyond its control. The Company shall endeavour not to surcharge your holiday cost. but if surcharging is necessary we will attempt to keep any increase to a minimum and will advise the Client of the adjustments at the earliest opportunity.
The Client must comply with the maximum number of persons allowed to occupy the accommodation. If numbers are in excess of the maximum occupancy, or those agreed on booking. the representative reserves the right to insist on vacating the property.
Self-catered guests – it is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that the accommodation is left in a reasonable condition, with replacement of all breakages. If this is not possible, the breakage should be reported to the Agent and paid for. A returnable security of €200 for the apartment will be taken by credit card and will be returned if the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition
365 Holidays in France shall be entitled to recover from the client costs for damages or losses caused by the client or a third party. If the client fails to do so, the client must indemnify 365 Holidays in France SARL against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against 365 Holidays in France SARL or its agents as a result of the client’s actions.
365 Holidays in France and its agents reserve the right to terminate the holiday of any client whose behaviour or that of any of the Client’s party is considered to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
Catered guests – 365 Holidays In France shall be entitled to recover from the Client at the time the cost of repairs or replacements of any damage or loss caused by the Client or any member of his party, either to 365 Holidays In France or a third party. If the Client fails to do so the Client must indemnify 365 Holidays in France SARL against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against 365 Holidays in France SARL as a result of the Client’s action. 365 Holidays In France reserves the right to terminate the holiday of any client and any member of his party whose behaviour is considered to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
If there are any problems about the condition of the accommodation, and any inventory discrepancy if applicable, the Client should contact the Agent/host directly immediately.
365 Holidays in France disclaim any liability for disputes between the client and the local Agents.
365 Holidays in France does not accept liability for any act or default or omission on the part of the suppliers of any service that 365 Holidays in France offers and over whom 365 Holidays in France has no direct control. The Client will be bound by the operating conditions of the suppliers of the other services that make up the holiday. In no event shall the liability of 365 Holidays in France to the Client exceed the price paid for the relevant holiday or arrangem
